The main product of Hexon is a service called DV which enables dealers to advertise their inventory automatically. DV is not a stand-alone system but is integrated in a number of inventory management systems.

DV users can now automatically transfer their inventory to the CUPRA brand platform.
The data retrieval takes place entirely through our new product ILSA. In addition to the vehicle data itself, this service also offers the logic and features of the search engine and filters. The integration with DV is of course fully optimized.

·Aannemen en behandelen van vragen van relaties die op de helpdesk binnenkomen
·Registratie van contactmomenten
·Monitoren van de voortgang van de gemelde incidenten
·Het oplossen van diverse vraagstukken
·Zorg dragen voor een goede communicatie tussen betrokken
partijen
